As I write this article on July 12, 2024, I am 64 years old and have always thought the spinal cord was our spiritual antenna to connect us with the Cosmos and our Creator. However, I recently realized I was wrong.
The “Vagus Nerve” is the actual spiritual antenna in our physical body. And when it is healthy and stimulated connects us to the Cosmic Web of Light and God.
Yoga practice and slow diaphragmatic breathing with a long exhalation stimulate the vagus nerves directly or via relaxation. Cold-water immersion on the face or neck stimulates the vagus nerves via a reflex of the skin’s nerves. Singing and humming can increase our vagal tone because the vagus nerve innervates our larynx (voicebox).
I engaged in this process for hours while sitting alone on top of a mountain on September 21, 1985, by pressing my tounge against the roof of my mouth and saying “Om”. As a result, I encountered God during a transformational Out-Of-Body experience that night. Therefore, I know for a fact that stimulating the vagus nerve system is key to our future well being on every level of existence.
Polyvagal theory suggests positive social communication and feeling safe increases vagus nerve activity. This promotes healthy growth and restoration activities in our body and increases positive emotions.
The vagus nerve complex plays a role in social communication because it is linked with our facial expressions and voice. Smiling and being smiled at can stimulate our vagus nerve system.

Okay. That’s the good news.
Here is the bad news… criminal Satanic Scientists, aka “one-eyed serpents”, are currently engaged in energetically cutting off humans on earth by inducing various levels of paralysis in our vagus nerve system with syntetically produced reptile venom.
This is not my theory. I was shocked to learn how many synthetic toxins are being produced and introduced into our bodies and environment, allegedly to improve our health.
It reminded me of the rumored “FUN” vaccine the Pentagon wanted to develop years ago, which would chemically shut off human’s “FUNdamental” religious beliefs.
