THE RECENT ASYMMETRICAL ATTACK ON SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA BY THE DARK SIDE IS PERSONAL

The day after I turned 2 years old, in early November of 1961, a deadly, devistating wildfire broke out in my extremely beautiful, affluent home town, the Pacific Palisades and surrounding area, with winds up to 100 mph.

IT IS NOW THE 2ND WORST FIRE IN LOS ANGELES HISTORY

In legal terms, this is called malice of forethought, which has led to suffering and murder of the citizens by special interest groups and the government

Although our modest home in the Palisades with a breathtaking panoramic view was spared in the 1961 firestorm, my family moved to the west end of Malibu, overlooking Zuma Beach, soon after the Bel-Air Fire.

At that time, in the early 1960’s, it was a blessing for us to grow up in such a beautiful location, surrounded by nature.

The massive fire damage done in the Pacific Palisades and surrounding areas in 1962 was soon erased by the rich and famous who built new, palatial homes because they loved living in that scenic section of the Santa Monica Mountains overlooking the Los Angeles Basin, Palos Verdes Peninsula, Catalina Island and Santa Monica Bay in the Pacific Ocean.

For decades after moving to Malibu in the early 1960’s, I would visit family still living in the Pacific Palisades. My maternal great grandmother had moved from the east coast to the Pacific Palisades and purchased multiple properties in 1923 and raised a family.

My father and his father moved to the Pacific Palisades in the late 1940’s to live and work at the Lake Shrine (much more on that below) due to their loving relationship with Paramahansa Yogananda. My father and mother met at the Lake Shrine in the early 1950’s and my wife and I were married there in the early 1990’s

So now, in January 2025, I watch in horror, from thousands of miles away in Southern Florida, as my old home town in Southern California is consumed by fire once again, and it breaks my heart. Yet, I know it can and will be rebuilt. However, this time, it must be done correctly, sustainably, permanently.

As the old saying goes, this is not rocket science. Too many extremely corrupt, incompetent, evil people have been elected to important positions of authority in the past, in California and elsewhere.

Those of us with common sense and an intact Divine Spark in our souls must step up and take charge of the future by tapping into and restoring the true potential of this garden planet (more details are found below my firestorm news summary).

One witness said the men used zip ties and rope to detain the arsonist suspect. The incident unfolded when a local was driving by and he saw the man with a yellow blow torch. With help from neighbors, they cornered him and made the citizens arrest. “We really banded together as a group. A few gentlemen surrounded him and got him on his knees. Los Angeles Fire Department chief Kristin Crowley turns on Los Angeles leadership, says they failed her. Remarkable interview. Crowley called out the city for having no water in the Santa Ynez Reservoir. Reporter: "Did the city of Los Angeles fail you and your department?" Crowley: "It's my job to stand up as a chief and exactly say what the fire department needs." Reporter: "Did they fail you?" Crowley: "Yes."

LAPD says there is no probable cause to charge the man walking around with a large blowtorch in LA with arson. He must have just been trying to light a cigarette with a massive blowtorch! The man was detained by local residents after they accused him of trying to start fires. "There was not enough probable cause to arrest this person on arson or suspicion of arson, and therefore, this person was arrested on a felony probation violation."

Before I wrap up my mind-numbing news summary and offer a possible path forward, there is one more important point to make. Some people are incorrectly claiming the Los Angeles 2028 Summer Olympics will be held in the Pacific Palisades. This is very misleading. Only a golf tournament will be held there, at the Riviera Country Club, on the eastern edge of the city.

Okay. What is a potential solution to this psychotic, SATANIC situation?

BUILD BABY, BUILD!

HERE IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE:

Millions of people from around the world have visited and marveled at a verdant, scenic, religious retreat in the Pacific Palisades called the Lake Shrine.

Before Yogananda passed away in March of 1952, he put my father, Reverend R.C. Stanley, in charge of transforming the 10-acre, Lake Shrine property into a lush oasis by the ocean. He told my father, “This is your Phoenix.”

He meant it would rise from its barren ashes to become a fertile, majestic temple designed to enable spiritual flight… aka cosmic consciousness… oneness with the Creator.

This sacred site has survived many wildfires since it was first constructed including the recent firestorm in January 2025. I am certain the landscaping of this site has played a major role in its preservation, which is something we should carefully contemplate regarding building a resilient, sustainable civilization going forward.

The property was originally a rock quary that filled with water fed by a natural spring, which created the small but beautiful “Lake Santa Ynez” (now called Lake Shrine). It was then purchased by a Hollywood studio and turned into an outdoor movie set. That’s where the Windmill and Houseboat came from.

Inceville, 1919:

The historic location pictured above (now known as Sunset and PCH) has its roots in Old Hollywood and silent film.

Before the Self-Realization Fellowship Lake Shrine existed, this area of the Pacific Palisades was known as Inceville. It was a faux city built by filmmakers trying to escape the reaches of Thomas Edison.

Inceville’s creator, Thomas Ince, was the father of silent western films. In the photo above, you see the buildings made to look like an old west town, set against the Pacific Ocean. After Ince’s mysterious death on the yacht of William Randolf Hearst, the land went up for sale.

It passed hands between movie studios and real-estate developers before becoming the Self-Realization Fellowship Lake Shrine in 1950. After Yogananda aquired the property there were many discussions about the potential to build the site into a major spiritual center, which happened over time.

Although my father decided to get married and leave SRF in the late 1950’s, my grandfather Adolph was a devoted monk who lived and worked at the Lake Shrine till he passed decades later, in his early 90s.

Grandpa Adolph was in charge of growing organic vegetables on a bluff above the lake, with a multi-million dollar view of the ocean, which was eventually built into a new temple with adjoining meditation rooms used for spiritual retreats.

And when my family moved to the west end of Malibu, my father and I extensively developed the empty field surrounding our house into lush, irrigated gardens.

My father also had a small inground pool installed so we could enjoy spending time outdoors in the summer and use as an emergency back-up water supply during a fire.

Growing up, I helped landscape and maintain our property. Then, in my early teens, I road my bike down the street to work on a neighbor’s two acre organic farm on the bluffs overlooking Zuma Beach. And after I acquired my driver’s license, I worked for a local nursery making deliveries and doing landscaping/ maintenance.

I am telling you this because the most logical and sustainable way forward is to return to our roots and create a new Edenic Paradise that supports happy, healthy humans, plants, and animals.

Over the past 100 years, land in Southern California has become obscenely expensive and over developed due to greed and corruption. But in the early days of Los Angeles County and surrounding areas, much of the flat, fertile land was used as highly productive, small farms.

This can and should be that way we live in the future when land is properly managed and rain and snow melt water is captured, controlled and allowed to freely flow from the North and Central regions of the Golden State to Southern California through the aqueduct systems that already exists.
